With significant investment in infrastructure, and an ambition to be truly National, Puma Energy grew quickly to be a significant player in the downstream fuel and convenience industry in Australia with 270 service stations, more than 20 depots and 3 seaboard terminals.Strategically manage a portfolio of more than 300 property assets covering retail, depots, warehouses, workshops, offices and fuel terminals throughout Australia to support business objectives. This role’s mandate was to complete the National Truck fuelling network meeting target ROI’s, to strengthen the Retail asset position in markets with advantage and undertake significant steps to reduce risk on the portfolio with respect to compliance and ROI’s.Key Achievements• Developed a base Retail Network plan focused on actual performance, opportunities for improvement using operational benchmarks and trends on key criteria to identify stage of life cycle, guide capital expenditure and a guide for market rentals.• Developed and executed a Diesel Network Strategy in condensed timeframe.
