  I started with ScafWest working as a leading supervisor for major shut downs for our resource clients including Tronox which operates Chandalla and Cooljarloo mine sites as well as commercial buildin projects in Perth CBD. My role now involves managing key client relationships and all the logistics associated with key projects. This includes recruiting and on-boarding new staff, marshaling people and equipment to site, safety rep and procedures, site supervision and liaising with our clients project management team. I am also heavily involved in estimating, design and the central contact for purchasing forScafWest.

  Commenced as a leading hand scaffolder and concluded my time here as a operation supervisor. I worked on variety of major projects including shopping/office precinct in Regents st and a temporary roof protection over several private hospitals in Harley st London. Through out my time i learnt the value of leading people on projects, team work, working to dead lines and the importance of good communication externally to our clients and internally within our team.
