Renovation of interior space converting existing vehicle maintenance shop and a U.S. Navy DC Trainer into a supply (ISMT) Training Space. USMC FRR CONTRACT NO. DACA87-02-0035 - $2.29 million. We provided a single-point accountability for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the Linc Government Services (LGS) for contract performance. I created safety plans, project schedules, and subcontractor contracts. I conducted pre-construction briefs and safety meetings. I was in charge of payrolls, obtained local permits, and ensured licensed personnel were on the job. • Ft. Stewart, Winn Army Hospital, GA. Renovation Phase 1 USACE CONTRACT NO. DACA87-03-0009 - $ 19.5 million. My team developed and implemented construction activities to include schedules, demolition protocols, and equipment laydown areas. In addition, we reviewed material submittals for USACE approval. Finally, we maintained an onsite document register to include daily reports, RFI’S and submittal registers.
