-As the previous assistant administrator/designee and now a licensed nursing home administrator I lead an interdisciplinary team of professionals and skilled caregivers in providing quality, resident centered and compassionate care to patients whose lives we have been entrusted. The aforementioned are achieved through the following:-maintain a high level of quality through providing clear expectations, modeling and obtaining input and feedback from patients, families, healthcare practitioner and the team. -keeping current regulatory changes practice and environmental trends. -With the help of our team, to adapt to change and navigate through regulatory, economic and industry changes. -Conduct cost management efforts through responsible spending, coordination and constant evaluation of costs and expenses. -Lead by walking around. Through this I am able maintain good relationships with those we serve, their families and have a good gauge of the team dynamics and morale. -provide customers and staff with a safe, clean environment.
