I had a pleasure of working with Tonnie for two years at Molex, collaborating on several HR projects. Tonnie’s ability to juggle multiple assignments was unlike any I’ve seen before and made a dramatic difference in the productivity of the team. I was particularly impressed by Tonnie’s ability to communicate and in multiple occasions her creative writing made a huge difference in success of the projects. No matter how tense situation was, Tonnie made sure everyone was heard and left with clear actions. She will be an asset to any team and I will miss her positive input.

I make travel, training and administrative arrangements for Dutch new hires & knowledge migrants that work at our headquarters and are moving to the Netherlands. I also make arrangements for departing employees and manage work anniversaries and contract renewals. 4) General Admin.
