I currently work as an adviser and client director with Geelmuyden Kiese in Oslo. As part of this position, I contribute to developing and implementing communication strategies and projects for a wide range of brands and clients across both the private and public sector. I work strategically to improve clients position within important stakeholder groups and markets. I manage and contribute to simultaneous projects across advisory/strategy, PR, marketing, events and campaigns. One of the most exciting tasks in my current position is to lead and contribute to projects within the areas of crisis management and crisis communication. I have led the work of developing and implementing crisis tools and trainings for clients both within the private and public sector. This includes developing internal crisis plans and guidelines that are used by staff in global companies and organisations to effectively respond to a crisis, including planning, producing, and publishing communication material for internal and external use during a crisis. I also advise and work closely with global senior and communication managements teams whenever a crisis occurs. During my time in GK, I have also led the planning and implementation of several internal and external events, including press junkets, launch events, premiers and seminars. This includes leading project teams to ensure everything runs smoothly from the planning process, to implementing the event and evaluating the end result. Together with an assigned team, I lead the work of creating creative concepts for each event, invitation and follow up of journalists to secure a high media coverage, and coordinate involved parties such as technicians, external suppliers and venue staff.
