Tonja has been an amazing asset to HealthStyles Exercise Equipment Company with her great leadership and management training. Organizationally one of the best and always a forward thinker with creating strategies to help our company and employees grow through education and empowerment using top notch consulting skills. Tonja, "Coach T", led a fitness class that I participated in for several months. Never have I had such fun exercising with a group of people! She was very creative with the workouts and always had something new for us to do. Even when I felt really challenged, her positive and encouraging personality always helped me work through it. It only took a couple of weeks to start noticing changes in my body, and I just kept getting stronger. Even my outlook on other aspects of my life improved!

Assessment, training and development is what we do. We help take the guess work out of getting the most out of individuals, groups and teams by incorporating scientifically validated assessment tools to gain a greater understanding of strengths and values, behaviors and motivators, emotional social intelligence, decision making and communication styles that drive performance. Infusing this knowledge with behavior and performance programming, we take an axiological, strengths-based approach to improving performance and results. The most comprehensive assessment and training tools available helps us understand who we are as leaders, competitors, top producers, teammates, coaches, connectors and collaborators. Don’t Guess, Assess!
