  The Dean of Academic Affairs are responsible for each and every students Academic Affairs. DOA develops programs to strengthen and support learning including but not limited to the provision of library and instructional student support services. DOA plans, organizes, administers, develops academic plans and evaluates credit recovery functions necessary for the students successful completion of high school and college. The DOA incumbent works closely with the Principals and College Counselors. Coordinate Response To Intervention Team and Meetings. Responsible for tracking the advancement and matriculation of students in effort to ensure that they are remaining on track for graduation. DOA must provide support and guidance to students who are not meeting Academic Standings or students who are at risk of becoming credit deficient. Show less
