I had the opportunity to work with Tonia during our company's SAFe transformation process. She was absolutely awesome. She taught every class from SAFe for teams to SAFe for Advance Scrum Masters, SAFe for Product Owner, RTE and leading SAFe. She catered to each class and it's unique needs like the professional that she is. She has even went above and beyond on several occasions to answer questions and provide coaching well after the sessions were over. Tonia has shown that she is more than a SAFe consultant through her passion and her proactive approach to helping all her students. I would highly recommend her for all your SAFe needs.

Tonia was an instructor with the i4 Group for the Release Train Engineer class. The class was the best I’ve taken so far with SAFe Agile. She used real world examples of her vast experience in the agile community and in the tech industry to help us learn the curriculum. She got to know each of her students personally and within the class was able to coach us as individuals instead of just students that she would be teaching for the better part of a week. Tonia shared her successes and (humorous) failures in her professional life and was able to coach us to understand that our careers could all be as successful as she has been in the agile world. Tonia gave us the knowledge to do the work but also gave us permission to accept failures and successes and to celebrate both. We left the class with a renewed exuberance to do the work and go back to our individual agencies knowing that we are well prepared to be Release Train Engineers. I left feeling empowered by Tonia and will seek her out in the future to teach others on our team so that they can have the benefit of her knowledge and amazing teaching ability.
