Maintain safe work environments, monitor safety process of crews and contractors, compliance with regulations. Review bill of materials to ensure proper usage within client guidelines. Communicate with client for any inconsistencies relating to build, closeouts, or missing material. Manage job foremen and on-site crews. Provide off-site technical support for troubleshooting. Coordinate QA processes and resolution including all punch-list and other corrections needed. Real time review of initial and final videos, photos, closeouts and site audit data. FSM is the final authority for reviewing and approving all items before final product submission to client.
