25 plus years of experience writing, drafting, negotiating, and managing procurement related agreements, including, but not limited to, software licensing agreements, services agreements, maintenance agreements (equipment and software), lease agreements and purchase agreements. Maintained contract management system in conjunction with procurement contracts. Implemented system for storage of agreements (IBM Content Manager). After Hewitt acquisition by Aon Corp, procurement role was moved to corporate level and I was moved to different role working directly on client contracts.
