Working under the leadership of Head Coach Nathan Owens implementing a training program for the University's Division II athletes who compete in long distance events, such as the 1 mile swim. Daily responsibilities included designing and implementing a 19 week training program that builds successful athletes who are inspired to be lifelong learning and leaders in the community. In my short time there, I mentored an athlete to break three school records.
