- Being in charge of legal procedure to establish 1 Social Enterprise, 1 Representative Office and 7 brands, adjust the Investment Registration Certificate, Business Registration Certificate and others business procedures; performing the procedure offering shares for existing shareholders; registering copyright for 12 trademarks, and 3 traditional songs; getting the Visa for foreign customers, getting the Work Permit, Temporary Resident Card for foreign employees, etc.- Supporting BOM to organize two General Meetings of Shareholders in 2017 and 2018, managing the list of shareholders, supporting shareholder to transfer the share, updating the shareholder’s information.- Drafting and reviewing over 600 contracts to advise and analyze potential risks, drafting the company regulations and procedures following the request from the BOM. Checking the document before submitting to the BOM.- Consulting on all legal issues for the HR Department, Finance and Accounting Department, ISO Department, Sale Department, Marketing Department, etc.- Following up and updating the Vietnamese laws to secure all company legal issues are up to date.- Managing all of legal documents such as the Investment Registration Certificate, Certificate of Business Registration, company charters, company regulations, shareholder document, Power of Attorney, etc.- Recovering around 10% of the company's debt.- On behalf of the company to collaborate with the Government authorities or clients in order to perform administrative procedures and conclude contracts and settle the disputes, etc.
