As Leadership Development Manager I was responsible for designing and delivering King’s global Leadership and Team Development curriculum.• Designed the King Leadership Quest - King’s internal leadership development architecture consisting of six global programs targeted for all levels at King, from Individual Contributors all the way to our C-level King Leadership Team. • Produce the curriculum and co-facilitate four of the King Leadership Quest programs. • Lead the initiative to source, craft and roll-out King’s leadership philosophy – “Leading Seriously Playful”. Leading Seriously Playful became the foundation for how to lead agile, all leadership development initiatives, as well as one of King’s main cultural drivers. • Constructed and implemented King’s Global Coaching and Mentoring process. • Continuously interacted with King's C-level suite and other stakeholders to create buy-in around our leadership development initiatives and ensure that they were on board and acted as ambassadors for King's leadership development efforts.

• Founder and owner of Tailwind.• Designed and delivered tailor-made leadership programs in the areas of: transformational leadership, coaching, change management, team effectiveness, cultural change and facilitation. • Developed and marketed Teamflow®, a facilitating tool for creating highly effective teams. Using the Teamflow concept I have successfully coached management teams and project teams from companies such as: Trygg Hansa, Skanska, JM and The Swedish Radiation Safety Authority.• Acted as Master Trainer for the Sandvik Global Leadership Program rollout. In this role I trained other trainers on how to run the 8-day, 3-module program. During the past three years I have trained 135 trainers from 15 various global regions. • Worked extensively with large-group methodology, such as Open Space, Appreciative Inquiry, and World Café. During these sessions I often facilitated several hundred people with the purpose of creating deep, lasting organizational and cultural change. • Collaborated with clients such as: H&M, Trygg Hansa, Sandvik, ABB, Klarna, Swedbank, JM and Riksbanken with their leadership and team development engagements.
