I hired Tom in 2000 to lead the Facilities department at Great Clips, Inc. Our growth was exploding and we needed a savvy executive to take the department to the next level. Tom filled the bill. He rebuilt the entire process on a CRM platform that increased the department's productivity and flexibility. Tom is a keen negotiator.
