  I am an experienced trial lawyer whose civil practice is concentrated in commercial and tort litigation, including professional malpractice, product liability, toxic torts, and insurance coverage disputes. I also have had considerable experience advising clients as to state and federal regulatory legal issues. A former prosecutor, I also practice in the area of white collar criminal defense in both federal and state courts. I have served as a mediator and court-appointed discovery master. I have been selected as a "Massachusetts Super Lawyer" every year since 2008 and have been regularly named a "Top 100 New England Lawyers" by Law and Politics and the publishers of Boston Magazine. I have received an AV Peer Review Rating, the highest rating, in The Martindale-Hubbell Lawyers Directory. In addition, I am a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.
