      This alliance was setup in response to the 2016 7.8Mw Kaikoura Earthquake. Two highlights while working for NCTIR were the reopening of the Main North Rail Line between Picton and Christchurch, and the reopening of State Highway 1. • Responsible for all onsite management of $8m railway bridge project including programming, quality control, health and safety and site financials. • Programming and onsite management of 60-hour continuous work shift to realign 1km of railway formation. This included liaising between client, subcontractors and self-perform construction crews in pre-planning and performing all quality testing and surveying during construction stage. • Responsible for all onsite management of $400k railway bridge and $300k culvert replacement. This work was completed to a tight program to enable freight trains back on rail network ahead of schedule. • Programming and managing all site work for multiple $20k culvert replacements. This work totaled $300k and included up to four work crews working at once. Stages of this work involved high levels of planning and detailing to ensure work was completed within a 48-hour window where train activities were on hold. Show less

      The alliance was setup in response to the 2011 6.2Mw Christchurch Earthquake. My Roles included; • Onsite management of large diameter wastewater pipe replacement where methodology included dewatering, sheet piling and trench excavation. Onsite responsibilities included surveying, developing construction methodologies and risk assessments. • Managing multiple subcontractors in 2km2 catchment, relining, repairing and replacing 3km of wastewater pipes. This included programming, tracking work, developing traffic management plans, procuring materials and assisting with stakeholder mangagement. This catchment was completed ahead of schedule with minimal client snags. Show less
