I've worked with Tommy over a number of years both as a colleague and later as a service provider. I've always found Tommy to have a well rounded approach to assisting clients with resolving their issues and was invaluable in coming up with the 'ah ha' option that provided the best fit to a complex problem. I have no hesitation in recommending him and working with him (and his team) again should the opportunity arise.

Tommy is one of the few truly inspirational leaders that I have had the privilege of working for. He brings out the best in his people and helps them develop professionally. Not long after he left Zimbabwe, former staff that he had trained were managing the IT audit departments of three of the big 4 audit firms in Harare. My advice for anyone thinking of working for him is to go for it.
