Tommy was a great asset in the development of our Borrego Springs PV project. Tommy's hard work and tenacity with the County helped to ensure that our building permit process kept moving forward. Tommy is very smart, a quick learner, and a people person. He seeks out those with experience in order to learn from them. I would recommend Tommy for most any work - if he has experience, he will excel due to his intellect and work ethic. If he lacks the direct experience, he will quickly learn. He's a great team player.
