  Projects I worked on: Euphony An app allowing for a live chat experience between users talking about common interests utilizing JavaScript, React / Redux, Python, Flask, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL, AWS, WebSockets. Some Highlights: -Took advantage of SocketIO for live that to display messages instantly between clients. This improved the speed of the user experience by sending data over TCP instead of HTTPS. -Utilized Redux for storage optimization allowing data to be presented to the users much quicker. -Deployed Docker to create a like environment between developers to aid quick and thorough development. TheBeans An Instagram clone with content focused on coffee beans, recipes, and cafes using JavaScript, Python, React / Redux, Flask, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL, AWS S3. Some Highlights: - Secured users by using Flask Sessions/Login to ensure that only the user can create content from their account. User accounts are also secured using Werkzeug to hash stored passwords, protecting them further. - Stored images using AWS S3 to allow for easy expansion of storage, improving the scalability of the website. - Used ReactJS on the front end to promote containerization for faster / organized future development. Knick Knack Overflow A clone of Stack Overflow that allows for users to post and chat about fringe hobbies using JavaScript, PostgreSQL, Pug, NodeJS, HTML5, CSS3, Sequelize, ExpressJS, BCrypt. Some Highlights - Implemented Sequelize, allowing simpler code to be written, making the development of features quicker. - Developed the API with ExpressJS to take advantage of the speed of the V8 JS engine used by NodeJS. - Employed Pug Templates to reuse parts of Html to prevent duplicating of code across multiple pages.
