I am currently in the middle of coming up with a training program for each position in the department. That way when we get new hires they have the opportunity to do the best that the individual can for the department in their way to contribute to succeed and give an outstanding performance for each position. I cooked the food to order in a timely manner to the best quality of the individuals liking and made sure that the plate was presentable. I also helped with any prep work needed and also helped out with banquets when asked upon to do so. We deep cleaned every Sunday to make sure all of the equipment stayed in its prime usage.
