Project Manager for the Ebop on Nysater wind project Nysater wind project is a 474MW onshore wind cluster being developed in the Vasternorrland district of Sweden. Estimated to cost approximately €500m ($569m), the project will become the second biggest onshore wind farm in Sweden and one of the biggest onshore wind farms in Europe, upon completion. During this tenure, I guide team of 258 personnel from direct labour to subcontractors over large remote job sites and effectively manage +$200M project. I also translate construction strategy into actionable project plans, define project scope, and lead analysis as well as explore solution. I actively engage with wider business to gain input, secure support, and update stakeholders on project time scales, impact, and dependencies. I drive project delivery through extensive workforce and subcontractor management as well as client engagement. I also track progress of both projects, identify and mitigate impeding risks, provide regular updates, and manage budgets/stakeholders.Some of my key projects are given below:ENI & Armwind, Badamsha Windfarm Project, Kazakhstan~ Controlled all interfaces to deliver against aggressive schedules and weather-window expectations.~ Planned and managed construction activities for 48Mw windfarm with 13 GE wind turbine generators, new switchyard for 110kv overhead line, and a 180-man accommodation camp with all amenities.~ Devised construction procedures and method statements as well as measures for evaluating specialist contractors to build roads, rebar structures and foundations, install MV and fibre optic cables, erect substation and overhead lines, 80m Meteo mast, Transformers, Living Quarters, 110kv open switch yards, conduct excavations, and lead integration to existing line and grid connection. Tengizchevroil (TCO) Cargo Transportation Route (CaTRo) Project, Kazakhstan~ Managed electrical, instrumentation and telecommunication scope for $200M EPC project to support the arrival of vast quantity of equipment through north-eastern part of the Caspian Sea.~ Headed team of 108 Superintendents, Field Engineers, Supervisors and Technicians as well as indirect workforce of 258 EI&T subcontractors to complete the work as per budget and deadlines.~ Completed up to MCC for cargo offloading facility/port, water production and treatment plants, 300 personnel accommodation building, administration facilities, 110kv overhead line, substations, and transformers.~ Ensured zero LTI for more than 6M man hours. During this tenure, I coordinated with main contractor and provided support with achieving all milestones, providing support with timely resolving impeding issues. I oversaw construction, commissioning, completions, and final subsystem handover for site’s sulphur export plant by leading culturally diverse, cross-functional team of 36 direct and 28 indirect reports. I was engaged in providing robust strategic and routine direction for managing field activities by knocking down cultural and language barriers. I also evaluated project’ progress and conformance to ISSOW and PTWs through routine audits. Kept all project stakeholders updated through regular reporting.Some of my key contributions are given below:~ Substituted site manager during absence and led operations of electrical and instrumentation department.~ Recovered the project and 40,000 outstanding inspection testing reports by requesting NCOC from client to provide comprehensive programme. While holding this position, I fostered solid working relations between rotating shift teams and systematically led the construction, installation, and modifications to Raw Gas Injection system at Island D site. I systematically conducted detailed analysis and accordingly re-baselined schedules. I stabilised compressor operations and maintained high availability operations by identifying areas of improvement and recalibrated existing RGI scheme. I coordinated all technical documentation and I supported with conducting fit for purpose verification, HAZID, HAZOP, as well as development of design and constructability reviews.Few of my notable contribution are given below:~ Delivered raw gas injection project, raising productivity from 200,000 to 380,000 barrels per day.~ Upheld all safety standards and fostered safe work environment, achieving 1,500, 000 no Loss Time Incidents (LTI`s) on the project. As a Construction Superintendent, I guided 42-member multinational, cross-functional team across two remote sites in Atyrau in Kazakhstan. I also planned and set realistic schedules to meet client deadlines. I conducted attestation of all required field instruments to ensure first use success. I supervised installation of 24” pig launcher and export pipeline; also, I monitored the installation of vents and interlocks between operating process facility and pipeline consortium.One of my notable contributions is as follows:~ Completed all construction MCC through to commissioning activities SH1 ahead of completion date to allow operations to begin the “Pigging” process early.
