  My role at Kaiser is to fill in any open positions for the in house managers until they have all positions filled in the management positions for EVS. I have been covering mornings and graveyard shift filling in as the manager on the EVS team. I cover the huddle at the beginning of the start of the shift and cover the house phone for any calls to EVS. There are Q&As, leadership roundings, room inspections, ORs that need inspection, L&D ORs terminal inspections, discharges that needs to be checked and rounding in all public areas checking in the ER department also.
