  •Responsible for all aspects of the warehouse operations, including but not limited to receiving, inventory control, selecting, loading, safety, and security. •Responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and directing the activities of warehouse personnel. •Planned layout of stockroom, assembly room, warehouse and other storage areas, considering turnover, size, weight, and related factors of items stored. •Manage the hiring, performance monitoring, reviewing, disciplining and termination of warehouse staff. •Evaluate written data such as work orders, product specifications and operations sheets, parts and material inventory lists and machine and worker production rates to establish efficient allocation and scheduling of parts, materials, machines, and sequences of operations and workflow. •Review Reorder Schedule and work orders to resolve problems affecting production schedules. •Determine work procedures, oversee preparation of work orders, establish priorities for specific customer orders and expedite workflow. •Schedule work for weekly and monthly inventories. •Trace history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock control records and recommend remedial actions to resolve discrepancies. •Study shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, orders and other records to determine shipping priorities, work assignments and most cost-effective shipping method necessary to meet shipping and receiving schedules. •Oversee incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness and condition of shipments. •Inspect and ensure periodic maintenance of material handling equipment through contracts with outside service facilities. •Create and maintain an environment of continual improvement that supports company objectives. •Ensure that all Safety policies are up to date and in compliance. •Submit weekly toolbox meeting report and Production meeting report to General Manager.
