I had the pleasure of working with Tommie for 6 years during my time with Creganna when Tommie was our Valuestream Manager. Throughout this time Tommie’s leadership and attention to detail was always best in class. Tommie’s use of data, his problem solving skills were excellent and ensured our teams were successful. I worked with Tommie across a range of critical projects (Sales and Operations planning project) and his knowledge and management was something we were all able to rely on. Tommie is a leader with integrity and pragmatism. He proved himself many times as an excellent Leader especially when the pressure is on.
