I coach all levels in flag football from 5 years old to 7 years old which is our peewee league, then 8 years old to 10 years old which is our junior league, and finally, our oldest group is 11 years old to 13 years old which is our elite league. Whenever a coach doesn't know how to coach or just needs assistance I will jump in and help him out and give him some drills to do and how to lead the kids. Also, I walk around constantly checking in with parents ensuring they are having a good time and enjoying their experience with i9 sports. Show less

I train all ages from twenty-year-olds to seventy five-year-olds for group training classes with kettlebells and cross fit. My responsibilities are to encourage the clients to do better and motivate them while they work through the process of getting to that goal. Some other duties I have are to ensure they are using the proper form on all exercises when doing the work out in the group classes. Some times I will do private training with some of the clients if they want it or if I personally believe they are not ready for the group classes. Show less
