  First, I started as a Customer Service Rep. I handle calls, helping customers with bills, tech support, and any other inquires they may have about their cell phone service. Two weeks after training, I was promoted to Floor Support Representative (Assistant Manager). As a Floor Support, I assisted other customer service reps on there calls with questions about their customers. I also helped develop agents to become more efficient in handling calls and making sales. After after a year and a half, I became a Floor Manager. I developed agents with different coaching tactics to making more sales and whilst resolving the customer issues on calls. I attended conference calls that updated Managers on new policies and passed them down to my agents. I created a culture within my to keep morale up and ensure goals were met. Show less
