Oskari Virtanen

I worked with Tommi at Roche in several projects. I've always appreciated Tommi's ability to see the bigger picture. He is a brilliant networker that sees the value of different stakeholders coming together and forming and/or joining ecosystems that can really make a difference. Tommi sees the value that each stakeholder can bring to a puzzle, but he is also willing to challenge the status quo and rethink the roles of different parties and therefore set the bar just a little higher to improve the outcomes.

I had a great pleasure having Tommi in my team as sales manager. He was /is very positive and supportive manager to his sales team. Tommi is also always able to come up with and implement new innovative ideas and solutions to drive business. With Tommi's valuable input we were able to meet or exceed all our targets and our organization was among the most successful in the market.
