  At Green Power, we developed a 10 MW waste-to-energy power plant project concept from scratch to ready-to-launch. We signed a PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) with PEA (Provincial Electricity Authority) in Thailand, including an extra “adder” (feed-in-tariff). Our concept included utilizing top European talent and expertise for critical design and equipment such as the boiler and fuel handling systems, while experienced local suppliers were used for other content, including EPC. We made the complete project budget, we negotiated a term sheet for a bank loan to cover 70% of the project cost, we surveyed fuel supply chains, made fuel analyses and created a fuel plan with selected high heating value fuels. The result was a high-quality, cost efficient, ready-to-start project plan. In September, 2016 we sold the company to Superblock, a publicly listed company in Thailand operating in the renewable energy sector. Show less
