He is good at reading people - he has a good nose for bulls**t, as well as talent. He is honest and direct. I can trust that anything he says is something that he believes. If one assumes that a good sales person is someone who could convince an eskimo to buy a fridge, then Tom is awful. Tom, would not only not sell the eskimo a fridge, he would probably give the eskimo a bit of advice about what his real needs might be. I highly recommend anyone looking for a job to get on his "books". I highly recommend to anyone looking for staff that they check with Tom - there is a good chance that he may have just the right person for you.
