From working on a few projects with Tom, in the last project I experienced the implementation of scrum and Agile practices within a new team of people.Tom successfully coached us on how as a team we worked and collaberated together. This new team soon became a great team to work in. Aside from project work, Tom was a Scrum Coach. He ran interactive workshops for new members of the development department to Scrum.
