I took Tom's Agile workshop shortly after joining PCMS. It was such great fun and an excellent introduction to Agile. Many thanks Tom!

Nicholas Foster

Tom was one of two agile coaches than helped me successfully transform my global department of 150 developers to using scaled agile. I have worked with many agile coaches and found that Tom is unique in his ability to coach rather than dictate. This enabled us to take ownership of our own processes and not be dependent on him going forward. He has the ability to successfully coach at every level from senior leader to junior developer and has taken many through the change process of becoming agile champions. I would highly recommend Tom to help successfully transform any business units to agile, even non-IT ones.

Tom was my development project manager for two years at PCMS. From working on a few projects with Tom, in the last project I experienced the implementation of scrum and Agile practices within a new team of people.Tom successfully coached us on how as a team we worked and collaberated together. Tom guided us into becoming self organising rather than being project managed. To make decisions as a team and for being responsible as a team for our sofware delivery. This new team soon became a great team to work in. Aside from project work, Tom was a Scrum Coach. He ran interactive workshops for new members of the development department to Scrum. Theses sessions were really valuable in that they gave people an insight to Scrum and to adopting an Agile Mindset. From a personal development aspect, Tom helped me to progress in my QA role at PCMS and was always very supportive. He encouraged me to research and broaden my Agile knowledge, to put new ideas into practice. I feel very fortunate to have worked with Tom who has made a really positive impact to the way I work and my achievements.
