Provided detailed engineering and design for $120M growth project to reverse a 250 mile pipeline running fromLouisiana to Houston.• Develop the electrical scope of project which included 2 new pump stations, maintenance work on existing pipelinesegments, additional horsepower and metering at station sites.• Develop and implementing a Project Execution Plan, consisting of multiple projects to deliver online analyzerupgrades for the Shell Chemicals business.• Conduct job site visits to collect and deliver design and engineering data.• Specify all the relevant Shell and industry standards the online analyzers design must comply with along reviewing of bids for GC analyzer installations.• Achieved a cost savings of $600k through proper planning of construction activities.• Managed the execution of other smaller upgrade projects on Shell offshore platform common facilities upgrades totaling a cost of $25M off the Gulf of Mexico.• Managed EPCM consultants to carry out and deliver the design engineering packages, tender documents, technical specifications, and all other deliverables expected from the consultant.• Provided detailed construction drawings including plot plans, grounding, lighting, area classification, elementary and cable schedules for a $300M joint venture upgrade of Green Canyon block platform in the Gulf of Mexico.• Prepare all relevant project execution procedures, specifications, and documentation required to manage the project and report progress.• Manage other smaller onshore projects including electrical construction and commissioning work under $5M.• Supervise the onsite construction activities of the project.• Liaise with operations ensuring all necessary operational commissioning procedures and requirements are in place.• Prepare commissioning procedures and checklists for the facility ensuring all aspects of construction are completed.
