I worked with Tom on one of my first development programs at Colruyt Group. For me Tom is an excellent project manager. Has the right focus on all aspects of the project and is continuously looking to improve the process taking into account all stakeholders needs, including the team's needs. The program was spread accros 6 project phases over a period of 4 years. Persistently he has been driving the program towards the final result, keeping the team motivated across all positive and negative phases of the program. He also deals greatly with the managent of offshore contractor and the expectations of the business. Nice work Tom!

Ik heb met Tom samengewerkt aan het FIC project bij Colruyt. Tom was verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie bij Vlevico, een rol die niemand wou opnemen, maar Tom ging de uitdaging aan en maakte er een succes van. Dit door zijn rijke ervaring in project management en zijn groot leer- en inlevingsvermogen. "Agile in the mind" maakt deel uit van de levenshouding en ingesteldheid van Tom, het zit er echt ingebakken. Tom is een doorzetter, zet hij zijn tanden ergens in vast, dan laat die niet meer los, en rondt het af met succes. Hij gaat steeds recht op zijn doel af. Dikke merci Tom!
