Tom and I worked together quite frequently as Business Development and Operations. From the moment that Tom was placed into his role I immediately started to notice some drastic improvement with the Operations department. I no longer had to worry about my customers expectations being met as Tom really understands quality and great customer service. Tom took a very hard situation and created a professionalism to our entire service delivery team in just a very short time. Tom really set up the Operations department to succeed for the next 20 years by implementing some common sense and practical processes. I know that where ever Tom ends up that he will be wildly successful and I look forward to seeing the great things that Tom does for his next organization.
