While being part of the my team, Tomasz helped to maintain a positive environment , but also gave a critical contribution to reduce the team backlog. As soon as he got the appropriate training, he was very independent, being capable to take the right decisions and to escalate in time, when an issue may represent a potential issue. I was impressed with Tomasz' perseverance in overcoming the problems and overall with his professionality. For example, in the weeks following his resignation (to attempt different personal projects), he was between the top most productive analysts in the team.
