Romsås områdeløft is an urban social regeneration program located at Romsås area in Oslo. I was responsible for several projects including Romsås Senter project and the general uplift of outside areas. Through our activities we want to support social inclusion by mobilising local community and creating new relationships across age, background and living conditions. My role was to kickstart these processes, help them to thrive and facilitate them in the local environment so they can serve the community in the long term. Show less

The purpose of StåBi project was to establish a bee-farm at Romsås, create a community of beekeepers around it and make it work in a long term. Honey from Romsås is still being produced by the same locals who was recruited in 2019, creating inspiring and educational activities for children, youth and adults untl today. The project offers long-term job practice at coffee shop, kitchen and various tasks in garden and beefarm. My role was to create new, fascinating tasks that would inspire employees to participate in work-related activities. Jobb34 follows the principles of triple bottom line, where people come first.
