In my B2B international marketing roles, alignment with the Sales Leadership had been an insurmountable task on top of delivering ROI. As soon as Tomas assumed the Sales Leadership position, he involved our Marketing team and helped us to evolve from traditional offline Marketing to a digital B2B Marketing approach.
