  • Development of a novel biological vector system for cytokines in treating melanoma.- To target cancer microenvironment for improved efficiency and reduced downsides associated with iv. injection.- Evaluated and imaged tumor-vector interaction.- Investigated the immune responses elicited by the vector and the cytokine-loaded vector in both cellular and molecular aspects.• Two-way influence of tumor-vector in melanoma-bearing mice model.As we find differential therapeutic properties with regard to the cancer status of the host, we are interested in studying the underlying mechanism and therefore provide insights to alternative cancer therapy by interferring the process.• mESC manipulation to express transgenic protein in a hematopoietic differentiation setting and characterization of the differentiated cells.Keywords: Immunology, Cancer immunotherapy, Cytokines, Diseases.
