The most worrisome part of sales management is turnover, and the turmoil and lost sales that accompanies it. Tom is one of the few individuals I have managed that short-circuited the transitional period and immediately delivered. That alone is reason to hire Tom; no drama, no hand-holding.       Genieco manufactures and sells fragrance products nationally through distributors, online, and direct to consumers via the website.
