Paul Cutler
Tom made an invaluable contribution to the Travelex business during our time working together. He quickly established himself as the right hand to the Managing Director of the UK business - by far the most significant region globally. Tom helped to define, shape, and articulate the business strategy, which subsequently became a blueprint worldwide. He then led and managed the execution of that strategy across the UK business, in close partnership with the UK leadership team. Tom drove the main commercial aspects of implementation, from oversight of tenders, to pricing analysis, and running the management business review process. In addition, Tom led the marketing department in their functional contribution to the UK business.
