  I worked within the Industrial Engineering team within NMUK. My key role was to complete work studies to optimise the workforce available and save money where possible in doing so. I was solely responsible for saving the business over £500,000 in workforce optimisation. Effectively communicating with the production staff was one of the key skills that helped me carry out my job successfully.
