Tom is hands down one of the best Engineers I've ever had the pleasure to work with. Technically, Tom quickly becomes a subject matter on everything he touches. He is methodical and deliberate in his approach to problem solving. Personally, he strikes the perfect balance between being laid-back but ambitious, driven but pleasant, and is always willing to roll up his sleeves and do any job that is necessary for the good of the project. Tom was highly effective in managing his team with a natural leadership style of building relationships of trust, open and honest communication, and tight-knit collaboration. I wish I could clone Tom and I wish I could work side-by-side with him forever.

Tom is an incredible engineer, team player, communicator, and person. He is organized, collaborative, delightful to work with, intelligent, thorough, a great leader, and most importantly, deeply focused on designing and creating the right thing for the right reason, with customer and business needs in mind. I am confident that Tom will be a valuable asset to any project, team or company he joins.
