In this position I am responsible for analyzing and mapping the workforce-related business processes, the (pre-)calculation of the workvolume and optimization of workforce deployment by means of capacity planning on location. My role also involves modeling planning (departments) into progressive business units. This focuses on maximum productivity; both in terms of actual rostering and in terms of the use of planning models. In 2020-2021 as project manager responsible for the EMEAA software rollout and implementation of corporate planning software (i.e. workload modelling, personnel planning and real-time assignment of tasks) for the EMEAA passenger handling stations. At HQ level involved as workforce calculator in ongoing tender calculations for multiple airlines and stations in Europe. Show less
