  My role here at P&MM is to be the friendly and knowledgable first point of contact for new prospective clients when they are considering employee benefits packages. I look to gather an understanding of their objectives and offer advice on the possible employee solutions that could work for them. From there, each client's unique journey with P&MM begins and they will be introduced to one of our Business Development Directors. Passionate and quality driven, they consult our prospective clients in the development of new programmes and work closely with them to build a solution that meets all of their needs. It is then that a client is introduced to our fantastic Accounts Team, who are the ones that create the magic that happens when schemes go live. These dedicated Account Management Teams maintain the strong and long lasting relationships that we hold with our clients by continually meeting their evolving requirements. Show less
