• Devised and launched a global consultancy across 5 continents • Extensive experience and understanding of business operations (Finance, Human Resources, PR & marketing, systems, business operations and governance) • Led projects across Middle East and North Africa – both major operations projects (>US$10M + >100 Staff) as well as analysis and planning projects. • I have also led a number of projects for a diverse range of clients through business continuity planning, risk and geopolitical analysis as well as project management, safety and security operations and crisis response planning. • Responsible for the pre-production and delivery of major events and festivals across all technical departments ensuring technical delivery and ongoing management of production for the region’s biggest festivals and events including international touring. • Took a leading role in the exploration and development of Eclipses’ Saudi Arabia Operations roll out as well as their early KSA project delivery. • Project Management duties day to day included technical planning and production management as well as scheduling, operational & logistics planning, health and safety management, team management, incident and crisis management as well as client handling, stakeholder management and requirement translation - often in tight time frames and less than ideal environments. As a change management consultant and technical head of department, my role at The House of Dancing Water involves functioning as a Head of Department (managing crews, budgets, safety, operational functionality and administration). On the consultancy arm, I redeveloped the department after a long period of absent management involving strategic and operational shifts in day to day practices, the core department ideology while structuring a team of technically proficient and knowledgable technicians. Part of the change management plan also involved streamlining department operations as well as improving the artistic output through continuous improvement and monitoring programs as well as continual training and development for the team to ensure technical skills and staff longevity are maintained. Production Manager

• Responsible for event delivery and operations across all 7 venues. • Provided high level production management services to all presenters at the Sydney Opera House through interpreting and communicating artistic requirements of productions into cost effective technical solutions for all presenters. • Single point interface for technical production services on the stage for clients and staff and effectively managed the collection, storage and distribution of technical production information to ensure the smooth passage of an event. • Managed the staffing and crewing needs to deliver the production requirement in a cost effective manner without compromising safety or artistic needs. • Managed technical load in and load out operations and logistics by coordinating services and personnel and overseeing operations as well as the overall event delivery by managing stakeholders, financial transparency and often competing strategic and operation requirements from a day to day and longer term perspective. • Oversaw project safety, risk and compliance as well as emergency preparedness including creating and interpreting Risk Assessments as well as managing risk, exposure and compliance as well as serving a crisis management function when required on the project via event control protocols including stakeholder, government and emergency services liaising. Key Projects included: • New Years Eve 2015, as the Production Manager in charge of the Lord Mayor’s Ball as well as forming part of the Production Management team for the main forecourt/Sydney Harbour aspects. This included technical planning and risk management as well as site design and operations including safety, customer experience and guest management planning. • MATH Festival 2016, Production managing the Music at the House concert series involving multiple A-List international artists and meeting their touring and technical requirements, ensuring they held successful performances at SOH.
