Utilising social media data to help brands understand their customers (stratification, user characteristics and trends) including development of algorithms to automatically classify and characterise social media users and help optimise CRM strategies. Working directly, often on site with large brands to find bespoke solutions to a range of issues including customer retention, CRM and promotion optimisation using customer segmentations.
