I worked with Tom for two years during my time with Forum Energy Technology as the VP Business Leader for Production Equipment group while he was the Commercial Leader for the organization. Tom did a nice job at improving the accountability of the Production Equipment Sales Team by setting goals and driving engagement through metrics, staff meetings and a yearly get together with his team where he set goals and objectives for the following year. Tom is very collaborative and open to suggestions for improvement as well as very supportive of new initiatives. He has very strong knowledge of the oil and gas processing industry which helped the business when hiring the right individuals to support our legacy product line as well as a new product initiative to provide equipment in the mid-stream gas processing and conditioning market. Tom would be an asset to any oil and gas processing company.
