The SignalPoint investment team utilizes a quantitative modeling process to manage market exposure by making strategic, incremental cash allocations to various business and geographic sectors. The result is an innovative solution to ETF portfolio management, providing advisors with the freedom to focus on meeting client needs first and foremost, with confidence that they are actively investing in a dynamic and ever-changing market environment. SignalPoint filters out unwanted 'noise,' such as investor sentiment biases, irrational exuberance and market fear, to tactically adjust cash allocations, attempting to maintain exposure to relevant sectors throughout various parts of the market's cycles. A detailed analysis of market risk leads SignalPoint to adjust its cash allocations and provides relevant data to further the goal of buying low and selling high. The result is a conservative strategy designed to produce returns with a constant focus on managing risk. Show less

During my tenure as a citizen member on the Port Washington Public Works Board we continually worked on budgets for the Street, Wastewater Treatment, Water Filtration and City Engineering departments. We oversaw major public works projects such as the expansion and refurbishing of the treatment and filtration plants, installation of new water towers, creating full loop water systems and major street renovations. We proactively addressed the Zebra Mussel infestation of Lake Michigan and its effects on our fresh water filtration plant, being the first community on the lake to install prophylactic chlorine pretreatment of intake water. Other topics addressed involved privatizing the collection of refuse and being recognized as a "Tree City" by diversifying our city tree population. We also have attempted to learn as much as possible about Emerald Ash Borer infestation in neighboring communities and Wisconsin. Our efforts were to help maintain Port Washington's identity as one of the oldest communities in Wisconsin and on Lake Michigan's shores. Our historic down town area visually is nearly unchanged from the late 1800s. Port Washington has successfully navigated from being a "working harbor" town to being a substantial lakeside community with a beautiful recreational harbor. Show less
