Having Vanek Whiskey Events at my best friend's Bachelor Party was the best decision I made. Tom went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant and enjoyable whiskey tasting experience. Tom was professional and led an extremely informative, educational session that left each attendee with a new found appreciation for whiskey tasting. He answered questions addressed by our guests and provided some recommendations based on their tastes and preferences. I had been struggling for ways to get my members together socially since our last meeting pre-covid. When I saw that Tom had moved his whiskey tasting experience online I shared my previous positive in-person experience with my team and decided to take the plunge, even though some were doubtful it would work. I initially thought that 10-12 people would signup for the event but the uptake was fantastic and almost 30 people ended up participating. The feedback was universally excellent, the only criticism was that we should have ordered more samples! Tom’s explanations and guidance made the experience educational and fun, and we were able to breakdown barrier and enjoy a friendly get-together online after the tasting was complete. I look forward to inviting Tom to a future in-person event with my group but until then I wouldn’t hesitate to do this online style event again.

Tom was informative, educational, engaging with each and every guest and answered a million questions, making it an evening people talked about for weeks. Our guests would not let him go and he joined us for dinner where he answered many more questions. We just had Tom again for an American Thanksgiving event at our home and he didn’t disappoint. People have already asked if they could come again next year. Tom doesn’t have a set routine and people who attended both events did not get a repetition, if anything they felt last time formed the groundwork for this year. I would highly recommend a Vanek event!
