MEACO is a non profit Community Development Company authorized by the U.S. Small Business Administration to administer the SBA 504 Loan Program. SBA 504 loans are designed to assist small businesses with the purchase of fixed assets such as land, buildings, and heavy machinery. MEACO can finance loans of up to $5 million. In addition, MEACO operates the Mentor Small Business Loan Fund which provides micro loans of up to $25,000 to Mentor companies for a variety of uses.
